Paying your Account
Medicare Rebate
You could be eligible for a Medicare rebate for some services provided. Your Medicare rebate is the subsidy provided by the Australian government for consultations and procedures that are included in the Medicare Benefits Schedule. Unfortunately, it does not cover the costs of providing high-quality care. The patient co-contribution, or gap, is the difference between the cost of providing high-quality health care, and the Medicare rebate.
Gap payment is requested on the day of consultation and three days prior to a procedure. Payments may be made by Cash, Eftpos, or Credit Card. If you will have difficulty paying your fee, please discuss your situation with your referring doctor or our staff.
